• Since crystals are natural objects formed within the Earth, they possess inherent variations such as unique patterns, color differences, and minor imperfections. No two pieces are identical. During cutting, polishing, or finishing, minor dents, chips, marks, or scratches may occur. Images may differ slightly from actual products.
• After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation, but this doesn’t guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Customized or specially energized products cannot be cancelled or returned.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
• We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other online options.
• If we spot any pricing errors, we may cancel or adjust your order with prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and internationally.
• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days within India, 7–21 business days for international orders.
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees.
• We aren’t liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.

• You agree not to use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• All content (images, logos, trademarks, text) is owned by Vedicvibe and cannot be copied or used without permission.
